FUN WAYS TO BOOST SELF GROWTH AND ACQUIRE PEACE OF MIND



Exercises for self growth are great essentials for us to have a health and happy lifestyle.  This exercises provide as the ability to see and track our path; it helps us ask our selves where are we right now, how far we've traveled and come along. It helps us seek the part where we have to improve our behaviour within ourselves.

The advantage of doing this personal growth exercises is that they're very easy and doesn't need much effort from you, nor take much of your time and money when doing this. Here are some few of them.

First: Sometimes, it takes another individual's vision in order to see the good inside us and boost our self presence and appearance. An effective way to help us see our own capability, ability and skills such talents and positive views in life is the so-called "what I admire most about you" exercise.



It involves several people such as friends or just someone you know gathered around you. Each of them should have a piece of paper and stick those paper to each other's back next to them. Then, each of this person will have to write something positive only about that person on front of them on the piece of paper  to the said person's back.

They can do it vice versa, and might also try another one for negative views for that person. Keep it constructive one giving them the option to renew theirselves. This is one of fruitful exercise of having a self improvement because people get loose their feelings when about writing than saying it. Some may be afraid or feel shy about publicly speaking about another person.


Second; another varation exercise from the first one. In this way, if you are alone you can still do it and evaluate the positive side within you. 

Try to get a piece of paper, list all positive things you have about yourself that you can all think of. List everything positive, afterwards, you may or may not list the negative ones however if you are brave enough then you may list down the negative things within you and evaluate each of them. Just be honest with yourself and dont get intimidated. Since you are alone, you dont have any reasons for second thoughts and be shy. This is the best way to boost your self if you will just strive to be honest within your self and be firm.

Third; Try to Meditate

Meditation has been proven to be healthy to each one of us. Start your day with a healthy lifestyle and peace within you by practicing meditation. It gives you harmony including those surrounds you and provide you a minute of calm and peace.

Most people of new generation foreseen that meditation is quite irrelevant to all of us and to our personal growth. This belief is incorrect and needs to be change. Self- development and discipline starts within ourselves, this what makes it incorrect believing that meditation is irrelevant to personal growth. If you fail to find peace inside you, how much more with your life and to others? how long could you survive and move forward?

Set aside and leave a few minutes for your daily meditation to exercise yourself and keep calm to have peace of mind. In this way, you can start and think of what's best for the day. Relax and take a deep breath while doing the meditation, this way it will help you cleanse yourself of some negative energy.

A lot of personal growth exercises are practiced out there that helps to a group of people or just you as an individual. Some are simple, while other are unorthodox and difficult to perform thus will consume your time. However, what matter most is your goal to grow as a person. If you can perfect this one, you may find it very fulfilling and the success of self development.

It doesn't really matter on how many people or friends you have, what is most important is that you can make and decide the best decision for you and stick on every commitment you take for yourself.
