Crazy Crap

Crap in-Crap out. It's now time to end taking in craps. It's obvious but whatever you take in affects on whatever gets out from you, and I am not just referring to your waste or whatsoever. Eating dead-processed, sugared,preserved crap, how could you possible digest and feel good, lively, clear-headed and brave? Too much inappropriate.

You might be nodding your head and harmonize with what I am saying here but before anything else here's what really is going on underneath this scenario.



(Be cautious that everything mentioned here would probably upset for everyone eating crap, so if you're not in the mood you might just pass on this for now.)
1. Eating crap is FUN?

This is true, most of us have a positive view on certain foods-experiences and memories. Thus, leaving us with no other choice but to eat them again and again(no matter how sick you feel after). Occasions like fiestas, holidays, blah blah blah often centered with "decadent" foods, this is one way of making your own fun without taking lots of crappy food.

It's a great feeling of having a fantastic body and healthy living. As a teenage one that is enjoying the benefits of his age- the fun and excitement they say, eating a pile of spaghetti and cheese, added with a pint of ice cream during the night; you could say that teenage life is the best part of your living. But then you still lack of an idea in knowing what is the real fun. Thus, learning to eat live foods and enjoying them, and acquire that exact body that you want- it is merely the best description of FUN. Don't just knock it, but try it.

2.RELAX, REFRESH AND REGAIN

Well, I've been there! Celebration and reward nights are completely served with crappy food in the dining. A lot of factors in adapting this kind of habit- parents, siblings, culture and TV. It is quite to comprehend but that doesn't make the connection real or fake. Be a pioneer, they say.

Relax, well, just think and act differently than anyone else.

Refresh, and make yourself feel better with regular sleep and healthy foos.

Regain, and reward yourself with  better than any food ever can.

3. NO ONE CARES TO CORRECT

Duh, you are here to teach those who came before you, and those around you, not to mention teach yourself. None of us here is coming to save you but only you. And here you are, ready to make a change, ready to show and correct others how it's done.

It is very easy to acquire knowledge on dos and dont's of healthy eating, but difficult to commit to what you believe is right.

4. Peer Pressure is Insurmountable

Always remember to be an example to others, show them how good you may be when eating clean goods, how nice to and how easy it is. This time you become a positive peer pressure.

5. Difficult, Expensive and Time Consuming

Are you sick of these whiny voices in your head yet? Oh, let’s go one more round, shall we?

It's a fact that picking up prepackaged processed foods, or taking in whatever someone else is serving, is the path of least resistance and what "the man" wants you to do. But that's not just your option, you want to live on the highest ideal, because that provides you self-respect. So, better put in a little more thinking, planning, communicating, budgeting, and discerning. But just try it, it's worth more than a try.

I am not trying to pursue everyone to do it, especially without any help from anyone. I am just sharing it with you and make you realize the feeling of a healthy living and band together with like-minded people.
