Anxiety affects millions of people every day and routines. This prevents success with its physical reactions and mental condition if you are anxious. Feeling comfortable and success does not have to be about money you saved, or how many materials you've possessed. It is about how you do things- work or routines and accomplished them. This is about how well you perform thus makes you happy and contented.
Let's face the truth that we are not superhuman and that the world is an easy place to live with. Even if someone is amazing doesn't mean that he is successful at all times. Even if you idolize someone, it doesn't mean you can have success in your life because of him/her. Even athletes around the globe, they cant win every contest and bring the bacon each game because of luck, but because they are human and that they are working hard for their success without being anxious.
Anxiety and success are elements that plays like a tug of war where among them should be eliminated however each aspects will have to take time, energy and focus. Anxiety in anyways have its own way and the easiest thing that a human can put his focus and aim on, but with hard work, you may gain new skills and thoughts that could help processed your success and beat the anxiety within you. It may not be your whole life for the first place, but still it should be on other areas of your life. Think of whant corners of your life you would like to succeed, it could on be on parenting, as an athlete, artist, painter, friend, employee, student, or etc.
Think about these people and their profession. Think about how much they really want to be successful in life, the sacrifices they did just to become of who they are. Sacrifice isn't a bad thing, it even filters out the idle time, spending and consuming the use of excess energy money. The main key is that never have doubts in your mind about something especially on Success, just be honest to your self. If there is doubtness in your mind about being successful, anxiety will take over then affect your confidence. If this occur, your confidence will deminish from start until you can build enough. It will just destroy the framework you are trying to build and create for your future of course. If this happens, how will you feel? What will be your next step?
Finding ways to overcome anxiety and gain confidence will help you succeed with every goal and aim you are focusing. It will help build a sense of self-awareness that is absolutely a key to understand your personal being and deal with negative energy like anxiety in your life. Talking to yourself sometimes doesn't mean youré crazy and is just natural, awaken your conscious effort to train your mind and your physical strength. If necessary, write down all the things you mention and you tackle about so that you can keep track on things you want to accomplish. In this way, you can start being creative with ideas and be able to decide for yourself. Keep talking even if those ideas are just a waste, they can still be accounted for and could lead to another revelation or success. Be motivated with the things you think necessary for you and your well-being, this is to remind you about what you are doing and sacrifices for your life.
Ensure that all the things you think of are those things necessary, that you want to do first. Since sometimes you fall off the track if you are not motivated just because you are targetting on the things that you dont want to do it yet. Keepy trying and use different ways to control your anxiousness, take control with your life and gain confidence. This is the only way you will succeed and be happy with a health lifestyle.
