Confidence and Self Assurance

Have you ever wonder and compare yourself to others? Have you tried thinking why some or most people have less confidence than yours? or you lack self assurance than your friends? The ability of interacting within the community comes down to our self belief and plays a big role within us.

Every one of us has its own journey in life - different paths taken, different peers involve and different life experiences with other people. The interactions we created with this kind of people and the way we responded to the call of interaction and communication will mold us being the person of who we are at present inlcuding our positive and negative outlook; it oculd be fear or courage, the way we participate in our daily relationship with others, the way we respond to work and colleagues and the way we think about ourselves.

Advertisement from television, radio and others like billboards could be a great influence as well. It could make us subconscious in our minds knowing that we absorb any messages that cross our minds into our subconscious; this is the reason why advertisement are there everyday - repeatedly paid and repeatedly played. This way our beliefs especially children will be changed according to their advertisement expercilly about the products and services they want to promote. However, we need to be aware that this things are not really based on facts thus we should not believe in all of the revelation spread by the advertising firm or any thing without any proofs since this are just messages provided by other people.



All we need to practice is we can change incorrect beliefs, and convert it to another sense of behaviour useful to us - Confidence and Self Assurance. We then use positive statements about ourselves in order to acquire this traits of confidence and self assurance. Make this a habit over and over until it will become your routine and reality. We need to be careful of what we say to ourselves and every day.

We need to try correcting ourselves, say positive things and think affirmative thoughts. Try to practive a positive outlook in life; keep thinking that you are confident enought, happy, friendly and enjoying of everything that you experience in life with the people around you. Each time you repeat this over and over, it will enables you to replace any negative energy that arise each day or every morning and those that are stored in our subconscious mind then become a person who you wanna be.
